Welcome to our NCAMA website. We are excited to announce that our next Annual Jail Training Conference will be held on April 17-19, 2019. The Location is the Ramada Inn at 301 2nd Ave. Kearney, Nebraska.

For the 2019 Conference, the Vendors may display Wednesday at Noon through Thursday. Setup for your booth area will begin Tuesday at noon. The Vendor area will be locked Tuesday evening by 8 p.m., and will re-open at 8 a.m.

A schedule of events will be available to you at a later date. Please call Pam Goldsby at 308-870-3731 if you have questions concerning this upcoming conference. Contact information for the motel is: Adrianne at 308-237-3141. The cost for a booth is $500 and includes electricity if needed.

Listed Below are sponsorship opportunities available to you. You may choose one or more levels and mix or match. You will be recognized accordingly for your sponsorship(s). Your support is greatly appreciated to keep this free, annual training conference available to Line Staff, Jail Administrators and Sheriffs attending, from across the entire state of Nebraska.

PLATINUM LEVEL - $1,500
  • Sponsorship of the Dinner/Awards Banquet.
  • Verbal recognition from the NCAMA President or Vice President.
  • Signage at two locations in the Dinner Banquet Hall.
  • A five minute speech from your Company Rep. (May include a video)
  • Full page ad in our Attendee Brochure.
  • Participation in the Passport Game.
  • $30 in free drink tickets to pass out to Attendees of your choice.
GOLD LEVEL - $1,000
  • Sponsorship of the Lunch Buffet on Thursday at noon.
  • Verbal recognition from the NCAMA President or Vice President.

  • Full page ad in Attendee Brochure.
  • Participation in the Passport Game.
  • $30 in free drink tickets to pass out to Attendees of your choice.
SILVER LEVEL - $500
  • Sponsorship of a Break.
  • Verbal Recognition from an NCAMA team member.
  • Signage at two locations in the Break area.
  • Half page ad in Attendee Brochure.
  • Participation in the Passport Game.
  • $20 in free drink tickets to pass out to Attendees of your choice.
BRONZE LEVEL - $300
  • Sponsorship of the Hospitality Suite.
  • Signage at two locations in the Hospitality Suite.
  • Your Company Rep may help serve drinks if desired.
PASSPORT GAME - $50
  • Your Company name will be included on a card along with other participating Vendors.
  • Attendees will have to earn your stamp (provided), therefore will want to talk to you about your product or services.
  • This a a popular game and their "must be completed" card will be entered in a special large-prize drawing for them.
  • Note: Participation in this game is included free with any Platinum, Gold or Silver Sponsorship!
